After a successful solar eclipse expedition in Indonesia, I’m visiting China for some other projects I needed to finish. I’d say that East China isn’t suitable for any astronomical observations because of the very intense air pollution that blocks almost everything from site. I’m amazed that even the first quarter Moon is seen like its setting even if its on the Zenith!
